AI-u Paid Service Terms

This English document is provided for user convenience. If there is any conflict or ambiguity, the Korean version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using, paying for, cancelling, and refunding AI-u paid services such as Premium. They apply together with the Terms of Service.

2. Paid Service

AI-u provides a limited free usage allowance after sign-up. After the free allowance is used, continued access to AI features requires a Premium monthly subscription.

• Premium Monthly is offered at US$3.99 per month. The actual price shown in the App Store purchase screen may vary by country, currency, tax, and Apple pricing policy.
• In the free plan, one minute of voice use may be counted as approximately 30,000 token-equivalent usage.
• After the free allowance is exhausted, additional AI text or voice use may be limited unless the user subscribes to Premium.

3. Fair-Use Protection Limit

1. Premium text conversation is designed to be sufficient for ordinary users and highly active users. To maintain stable service and prevent extreme operating losses caused by excessive usage, a monthly fair-use protection limit may apply.
2. The current monthly fair-use protection limit for Premium text conversation is 8,000,000 text tokens per month. Tokens are units processed by AI models and do not correspond one-to-one with message count.
3. After the monthly protection limit is reached, use is not fully blocked immediately. Until the next monthly reset, users may continue within 200,000 text tokens per day.
4. This limit is a minimum loss-prevention and service-stability safeguard, not a profit-maximization restriction.
5. The Company may adjust these limits based on AI model prices, operating costs, average usage, and technical optimization. Material unfavorable changes will be announced in advance as required by law.

4. Payment

Prices, periods, and benefits are displayed in the in-app purchase screen. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. The Company does not directly collect or store card numbers.

5. Free Allowance and Renewal

New users may receive a free usage allowance. The current free allowance is 150,000 monthly tokens and 50,000 daily tokens. Free allowance usage may include both text conversation and token-equivalent voice usage.

Subscriptions may renew automatically. Users must cancel through Apple or Google at least 24 hours before renewal if they do not want renewal.

6. Withdrawal and Refunds

Withdrawal and refunds are handled according to applicable law and Apple/Google store policies. Digital content provided immediately after purchase may be restricted from withdrawal under applicable law and store policies.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Restrictions

The Company may change or suspend paid services for operational or technical reasons. Paid service access may be restricted for Terms violations, fraudulent payments, abnormal usage, or other policy violations.
