1. AI-Generated Responses

AI-u responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence systems, primarily using Google LLC (Gemini API) and related external AI models together with the Company's PFE (Personality Formation Engine). They are not human professional advice and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unexpected.

2. No Professional Services

AI-u does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention services. For urgent or dangerous situations, contact official emergency services or qualified professionals.

3. Personalization and Memory

AI-u may analyze conversations to provide personalization, memory, emotional context, and relationship tone through PFE. Users should avoid entering information they do not want processed by the Service.

4. Safety

The Service may restrict or refuse content related to self-harm, violence, illegal activity, sexual exploitation, child safety risks, harassment, or other harmful requests.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for decisions made based on AI responses. Users should verify important information independently.

6. Changes

The Company may update AI models, safety policies, prompts, and personalization systems to improve quality and safety.
